We seek to preserve the original character of the ensemble without foregoing some exotic whims thanks to the particular microclimate of the area.

Architectural and vegetal elements cooperate in this project to create a terraced structure, based on straight and parallel lines.

The rooms of the house, designed by Chomín Domínguez, are organized around several courtyards. The central one preserves the fountain designed by the architect in the 1970s.
